Unemployment in Scotland has risen by more than 20% to stand at 110,000, new figures have revealed. The latest figures, covering the period May to July, showed an increase of 19,000 in the jobless total – up by 20.6 per cent on the previous three months.

Uncertainty caused by the threat of a second referendum is putting jobs and investment in the North Sea at risk, a new report has said.
Had there been a Yes vote on 2014, we’d already be outside the EU (2nd biggest market) and outside the UK (our biggest market by 4x).
